Based on 7 years of experience trading magic photo booth products, we found that logistics is a problem. If the customer purchases the magic photo booth product, due to the size and weight of the photobooth, either the shipping fee is cheap but the shipping time is very long, or the shipping time is short but the shipping cost is high (especially the recent shipping rate has hit a new high). This is something that is mainly bothering our customers.
In order to solve the logistics problem of products, we began to seek cooperation with local warehouses in the United States in mid-2018. And in 2019, we also began to cooperate with European local warehouses and Canadian local warehouses. After we enable warehouse delivery, customers can get very good delivery time at relatively cheap shipping costs, and even we can support customers picking up the photo booth at the warehouse. Usually, when the warehouse has the goods in stock, the shipping time is 3 to 7 working days to your door. Self-pickup service requires a reservation one day in advance.
With the normal sale of selfie photo booth, we have further optimized the selection of warehouses. Currently in use are warehouses in California of USA, warehouses in New Jersey of USA, and warehouses in Poland in Europe.
